There's an elaborate procedure for taking up the anchor, and
somebody has to supervise. The guy with the walkie-talkie is communicating with the captain and with the woman in the yellow waders, and Sandi is making sure everything goes smoothly. The guy in the blue jacket on the right (i.e., the assistant supervisor) is jingling the change in his pocket and rocking on the balls of his feet.
