Hot Sausage Sandwich and Potato Pancakes.

Eat lightly and well before you go to the fair, and LOTS of fruits and vegetables for a day or two after.

It's probably ten in the morning and we've just come onto the grounds. Sometimes we have to wait a few minutes while they fire up the pancake production.

Not sure how we took this picture; I guess by setting the camera on something and using the self-timer. I never ask someone else to take our picture. 

No need for utensils, no room for the dainty. Just start in.
