Reflections.

I think this is going to be the last month of my little photoblog, and I've been looking back on what's taken place over the last year as our story unfolded through pictures. After the first two months I began to do a monthly theme such as Cape Cod, the Bloomsburg Fair, or the infamous Potty Pix. This last month I'm just going to post photos from the odds and ends of my collection: pictures that didn't fit into a theme, a few family photos I didn't take, and a few I just like personally for one reason or another.

I like to attempt to capture the reflections in people's sunglasses, sometimes asking if it would be all right and sometimes just taking the plunge. These first three were taken at the New Jersey State Fair in Sussex County, about 90 minutes from Doylestown.

Note Sandi with her back to the camera in the one lens, and me taking the picture in the other.

One of my all-time favorite pictures, partly because I got the courage up to ask if I could take the picture (and, when I felt I hadn't got it right, asked to take a second), and partly because it so accurately captures the essence of  the place it was taken, the Bloomsburg Fair.

Taken at the Scottish-Celtic Festival held every year at Green Lane Park, Montgomery County.

The same day at the same park.
