The Kutztown Folk Festival.

They hold the Kutztown Folk Festival in July. Usually it's just hot but on this day it rained.



The fair is Pennsylvania Dutch: "Een maïs hond en een citroen drinka gelieve" ("A corn dog and a lemon drinka, please", and it is drinka, not drink).
